Natural Evolution is a project that, by photographing reality, wants to communicate and bring a wide audience closer to the theme of "change", which in all its meanings is today fundamental for man, his well-being and his survival.In an era in which the challenge of climate change and its many implications in daily life in every part of the world is the order of the day, to avoid paying a high price in a not too distant future, the only viable path for man is the rediscovery of that harmony between himself and nature, the search for an essential sustainability for the Earth and on the Earth.
Silently, this rediscovery has already begun and man, in a natural evolution, is adopting those measures that, from the primary to the tertiary sector, passing through industry, represent a re-adaptation of ancient knowledge and methods to bring the Earth back to the center of man's true life.
It is on this basis that every year, in January, Grottaglie (Puglia) hosts “Natural Evolution - The Earth at the Center of Man’s True Life”. Designed for industry professionals and the general public, the event features a rich program of activities focused on artisanal wine production, a reality that is increasingly attracting interest, but is still little known.
