Package description

We will accompany you to the family's private cellar where you can choose the vintage you prefer! From 1982... until today.

What's included:

The experience begins with a visit to the entire estate: the private courtyards and garden, but also the fermentation and aging cellars, with particular attention to the family vault where you can choose the vintage you prefer. Afterwards, there will be a tasting of the selected old bottle and then a tasting of the current vintage bottle. This will allow you to better perceive the evolution of the wine you have chosen. All this will be accompanied by a light lunch based on traditional Tuscan products.

History of the Cellar

Villa Travignoli located in Pelago, on the hills of the Chianti Rufina area, has 90 hectares of land, 70 of which are dedicated to lush vineyards, and 20 to the cultivation of the best olives. The geographical position and the soil made up of limestone, clay and marl, between 250 and 400 meters above sea level, make the cultivation of grapes perfect, such as Sangiovese, a characteristic vine of Chianti, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, and therefore the production of fine wines.
