"Dedication. This is the word that has characterized our family's work for more than three generations, a history of handed down traditions and continuous research for the best blend; and it is from the love for our land and the passion for our vines and our olive trees that Macchiabuia was born. Our goal has always been to combine the great Tuscan agricultural traditions with the most modern production techniques and this is why we give fundamental importance to each of our choices and each of our gestures, because it is from the attention to detail that the uniqueness and unmistakable taste of our extra virgin olive oils and our highly prized wines is born. Here, in Maremma, we were born and founded our Azienda Agricola Macchiabuia, on these same hills our vines and olive trees grow and it is precisely our territory, with its unique qualities, that suggests new ways to capture its generosity. The time we dedicate to our work is aimed at obtaining the best product based on the different climatic conditions of each year, to guarantee a grand perception of the unique terroir of the area at the final tasting. It is the passion for high quality products that leads us to carefully take care of the entire production chain. No phase is overlooked, but each one is dedicated all the time necessary to create a unique and high quality product, from the plant to the bottle. The harvesting and selection of the fruits is done exclusively by hand as per tradition, this allows us to bring only excellent fruits to the cellar and mill, the same ones that guarantee body, elegance and unmistakable aroma to our products."
