In the shadow of the Torre di Oriolo, the tour of the La Sabbiona winery will begin with a visit to the production area where the winemaking processes will be explained, followed by a guided tasting of 3 local wines accompanied by appetizers based on local products such as cheeses and cured meats.
History of the Cellar
"The LA SABBIONA farm and farm is located in a panoramic position on the splendid hills surrounding the ancient Torre di Oriolo dei Fichi, in the heart of Romagna, a few kilometers from the city of Faenza. The farm has 28 hectares of land, 16 of which are dedicated to the vineyards of Centesimino, Sangiovese, Famoso, Albana, Trebbiano, Syrah, Chardonnay and Malvasia. The remaining part is used to grow cereals, fruit and olive trees, with particular attention to native varieties. "
