Package description
Tasting of 4 home-produced wines , here we will proceed with an in-depth analysis of the colour, bouquet, flavor and gustatory balance accompanied by a rich and varied selection of cured meats, cheeses and other typical products of the Oltrepò Pavese.
Afterwards there will be a guided tour of the cellars, history of the company, vineyard cultivation techniques and phases of vinification and refinement of the wines, to conclude this journey between classic method bubbles and more structured red wines.

"Our farm “La Piotta” is located in the heart of Oltrepò, in Montalto Pavese, in an area particularly suited to the production of fine wines and sparkling wines. The name “Piotta” most likely derives from the Piedmontese settlements of the place (the area was a province of Piedmont) that began in the second half of the nineteenth century, and means “stone”, which the soil is rich in. On old papers the original name “Piota” is reported, to which we have dedicated our most prestigious line and whose production is limited to the best years."Localizzazione
