Together we will visit the production cellar, we will walk through the ancient Tunnel that today houses the cooperage, the Noelia Ricci archive and the historical archive of the Zoli family of Predappio. Through the tunnel we will arrive in the wonderful Villa built in 1731 by the Marquises Albicini, with 100 windows and a thousand legends, which has hosted artists, poets and leaders, which has maintained its splendor intact. After a brief visit to the most beautiful Halls, inside the Sala del Camino, we will have a tasting of 4 of our Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa wines, organic, territorial and elegant, accompanied by local delicacies, such as crostini romagnoli, piadina stuffed and seasonal vegetables, prepared with typical local products and our own production and a plate of homemade tagliatelle.
History of the Cellar
"Casa di Noelia, a hospitality project by the Pandolfa Noelia Ricci winery, is located in Emilia Romagna, in Predappio, in a wine-growing area of great interest today, and is a family-run business with a strong commitment to quality and sustainability. The company is located in a natural setting that is favorable to viticulture, with hilly terrain and an ideal climate for growing high-quality grapes. The winery stands out for its traditional approach to winemaking, combined with modern techniques, to obtain wines that fully reflect the territory and the characteristics of the vines. The range of wines produced includes both red and white, with particular attention to native varieties and controlled designations of origin (DOC). In addition to wine production, the company also stands out for its attention to the environment and biodiversity, adopting virtuous agronomic practices. The winery is an example of how passion for wine and respect for the territory can coexist, leading to the creation of products that tell the story and culture of the place.
