La Morra is a town where before being colleagues, you are Friends. This is how the idea of blending wine and cuisine in a sensory journey that immerses itself in tradition was born,
thanks to the splendid collaboration with Vinbar: renowned BIstro, where passion and dedication mix with the thirty-year experience of the chefs.
We will start with a tour of the cellar and a tasting of 3 wines:
Young Rebel Brut
Sirì Rosè
Chardonnay
To then conclude in style in the Bistro with a lunch, specially created by the chefs, perfectly paired with our wines:
"Langa nel piatto": trio of traditional Langa appetizers.
Plin with butter and sage or tajarin 30 egg yolks
Dessert of your choice
Each dish is prepared freshly, so in case of intolerances and allergies, we recommend that you communicate this when booking or before ordering.
Included in the lunch is a bottle of our selected wines or a tasting of two glasses of wine of your choice, per person.
History of the Cellar
"For me, wine is an ancient world, always new. It is a constantly evolving relationship with the three generations of farmers who preceded me: great-grandfather Giacinto, who founded the company; grandfather Angelo who learned to choose the best positions in which to plant vineyards; my father Livio and his brothers Giacinto and Mariano, who taught me the trade and had the extraordinary opportunity to cultivate the most important cru of Monforte d'Alba, Bussia. Wine runs in my family's past, but it has found its future in me. It represents what I have been and guides me in what I will do tomorrow, aware that there is not a "right" path to take, but "my" path. And I know I can live it with that wonderful freedom that these hills have always inspired in me."
