The guided tour of the vineyards, of our cellar, all with a tasting of 3 wines accompanied by a small tasting of cured meats from our territory.
After the visit to the cellar, we will move to the "La Foresta" restaurant, where 4 courses will be served (variable menu depending on the season)
History of the Cellar
Until the seventies our family lived in agriculture and for agriculture, selling products such as wine and oil to the few customers at the time. Years later we decided to undertake this path again, motivated by the fact that the Castelfranco area presents a truly optimal habitat for the cultivation of olive trees and vines. The territory also offers us the suitable climate for the cultivation of international vines such as Riesling and Gewurtztraminer, allowing us to experiment and distinguish ourselves from the rest of Lazio.
