History of the Cellar

"We preserve a winemaking tradition that dates back to Roman times and flourished in the Middle Ages, continuing to pour the historic taste of these lands into our glasses. Our terroir is an unparalleled winemaking treasure and our vineyards stand as guardians of a centuries-old tradition. The company falls within the oldest area foreseen by the DOC Orvieto and can therefore boast the specification “Orvieto Classico”. The term “Superiore” testifies to the value and quality of this denomination. Grechetto, a traditional and historic vine, stands out in the company for its strong and original personality. In addition to being predominantly present in Orvieto, it is also produced in purity. The vastness of our estate offers us a rare blessing: the ability to carefully select the perfect combination of soil and grape variety to bring out the nuances of the different clones: subtle sensations perceptible in the glass."
