The meeting point is inside the main Enoteca where the group will be welcomed and will depart for a guided tour that begins with a walk through the vineyards, continues in the cellar to discover all the phases of the production process and ends with an informal tasting of the three most representative labels. In combination, bruschetta with our EVO oil and a small selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
History of the Cellar
Arnaldo Caprai winery, founded in the 1970s by Arnaldo Caprai, is one of the leading wineries in Umbria, particularly famous for the production of Sagrantino di Montefalco. The company began as a family project and quickly gained recognition for the quality of its wines. In the 1990s, under the guidance of his son Marco Caprai, the winery undertook a major modernization, investing in cutting-edge technologies and improving viticultural practices.
