Tasting
Package description
We will walk in the vineyard to present the territory and the principles of viticulture
sustainability and the basic notions of biodynamic viticulture used in the vineyard. In
cellar we will talk about the equipment used and explain the winemaking methods
without added yeast and vinification in amphora.
During the tasting we will review the tasting techniques and the
analytical aspects.

Visit to the vineyards and the cellar
Tasting of 3 wines accompanied by a tasting of local cured meats and cheeses:
- 1 Classic
- 1 Superior
- 1 wine in Amphora
History of the Cellar
Tenuta San Marcello was born in 2009 when Massimo and Pascale, with their two children, decided to leave Milan to move to San Marcello, a small village in the hinterland of Senigallia in the Marche region. Thus they gave birth to their dream, dedicating themselves to hospitality and viticulture, respecting the traditions and rhythms of nature. Located on the splendid hills of the Marche region with a salt water swimming pool surrounded by a panoramic view of the vineyards and mountains, the ancient farmhouse in Contrada Melano has been renovated using green building techniques and with low environmental impact to offer a welcome in the name of sustainability.
