History of the Cellar
"Andrea is self-taught, having grown up after trips and courses in France and Italy, with talented and brilliant vignerons who developed his initial wine project, leading him to understand that cuvées and blends are the best way to obtain products with great personality. This is why he defines himself as a Wine Chef, because each grape or process is an ingredient to be combined with head and vision. His ideas have become concrete also thanks to the help of many young and prepared guys who have worked side by side with him for years."
