A unique experience awaits you! If you want a guided tour with tasting, you are in the right place. During a guided tour, you will discover our cellar and immerse yourself in our philosophy. Thanks to its immense glass front, the tasting room opens up a breathtaking view of the Bassa Atesina and the surrounding mountains. We were the first cellar in Italy to obtain the CasaClima Wine quality seal. Various color combinations accompany you in the cellar, the last of which, dark blue, leads to the Pinot Noir cellar. History of the Cellar
"A CENTURY AND A HALF OF ENTHUSIASM “Pfitscher” has always been synonymous with passion for good wine. It is no coincidence that we are in Montagna. Montagna is located in Alto Adige, in the Bassa Atesina. And the Bassa Atesina is dedicated to wine! We couldn’t do anything else even if we wanted to… The Pfitschers have been producing wine since 1861. Over 150 years in which our wine, like our philosophy, has undergone a major evolution. What was asked of wine in the past was very different from what is asked of it today. A change that our father Klaus had already grasped and understood 40 years ago, when he decided to dedicate himself to the vinification of more ambitious grape varieties and therefore to focus 100 percent on quality. A concept that, at the time, was not yet so widespread in the panorama of South Tyrolean wine production. But the facts have proven him right. Today our wines are an expression of the vital force of the vineyard and the genuine purity of the wine."
