Package Description
Our story told through a visit to the winemaking cellar and the
underground barrel cellar. Tasting of 3 wines accompanied by a platter of cured meats and
local cheeses.
History of the Cellar
"The La Mondianese winery is surrounded by a single vineyard that covers 7.5 hectares in the Asti area, here begins the care and tireless search for quality, even before entering the cellar. The care of the vineyards is carried out through mechanized and manual treatments. The pruning is severe to favor the quality over the quantity of the grapes and the harvest is rigorously carried out by hand, in the most traditional, most humane and most selective way, which allows only the best bunches to be chosen and delicately arranged in the box."
