Mari e Monti saucer with a glass from Fattoria di Athena (White – Cortese Colli Tortonesi)
Selection of local cured meats and cheeses with a glass of Oriundo (Barbera Colli Tortonesi)
Penne alla 'nduja and Calabrian oregano with a glass of Cu Sapi (Colli Tortonesi DOC Dolcetto)
Real saffron risotto with a glass of Bacchanale (Nebbiolo-Barbera blend)
Baked pork fillet in pumpkin cream with cup of Cupid and Psyche (Langhe DOC Nebbiolo)
Apple and cinnamon tart accompanied with a glass of Argo (Timorasso)

History of the Cellar
The Mastarone Oasis was born as a real "Oasis" many years ago and, after years of abandonment and the work of people who over time have CHOSEN to live and work there, changing their lives, its vineyards have been reborn, the houses and the stables have become inhabited again, the gates have been reopened to people fleeing from the frenzy and daily rush.
