History of the Cellar
"We believe that man's work in the cellar should be limited to conserving and preserving the characteristics that the different vineyards give us. Each wine, each vintage, has a unique and unrepeatable character, which as such must be maintained and respected. The duration of aging does not follow pre-established criteria, the contents of each barrel are constantly tasted by all members of our family, so that the hints of wood do not prevail and alter the character of the wine and the vintage. We still ferment our wines in large wooden vats, and only use large 25-50 hl Slavonian oak barrels for long aging, as proven by tradition. “No Barriques”"
