Package Description
A fun activity that makes you feel a little bit like an Alchemist and a little bit like a Winemaker, in a small rural winery immersed in the lush Monferrato hills.
A regenerating experience among the grassy rows of vineyards and olive groves. After being greeted with a smile by Sara and Tommaso, we enter what was, in the past, the King's cellar! We visit the fermentation room, the barrel room in the basement and the labeling room accompanied by the curious stories of a heroic viticulture "more organic than organic" carried out by Tommaso, an eccentric vigneron, and then try with our own hands to create a personal wine, our wine.
Laboratory – it's time to act! We use 3 of the 5 senses to best associate different types of wine and find the combination that best satisfies our palate. Pipettes, dispensers and lots of fun; a challenge with our partners and/or friends to see who finds the combination that best suits them. Once the recipe is created - for us - perfect and the wine is bottled, we cork, label (all strictly by hand as the winemaker does) and proudly take home a tasty and unique memory to share with friends and family.

History of the Cellar
"I choose the vineyards by giving value to their history, trying to recover those vineyards that have little by little been forgotten. I give them the opportunity to express themselves again by recovering the vines as much as possible and respecting the uncontaminated soil in which they are rooted. The vines are treated , only if necessary, with zero deficiency products and never in the preventive phase. No fertilization is carried out to avoid stressing the vine with excess production and to make it longer-lived. The vineyards are kept grassed, without sowing, and we proceed if and when necessary for mowing the grass between the rows and trampling it at the foot of the vine.
