For those who simply want to be lulled by the atmosphere and enjoy the last hours of the day waiting for the air to cool down, we offer during the summer season the possibility of coming for an aperitif outdoors in the company.
In this case Paola will welcome the visitors and after having served the glass of wine (red or white) and the assortment of various appetizers she will disappear and leave complete privacy to the guests.
Again, we recommend the visit only to dog lovers and we underline that the aperitif will be served at the edge of the vineyard in a rustic setting and in contact with nature.
History of the Cellar
ALEPA is aimed at all those who are passionate about good drinking and good living in general, lovers of contact with nature and aware of the quality of food and methods of production and transformation; these are often consumers of artisanal wines obtained with minimal intervention in the cellar, without the aid of oenological products and from grapes that come from low-impact agriculture. In essence, it is aimed at very demanding customers who do not look for a standard, replicable drink in wine but rather an experience made of sensations but also of a connection with the territories of origin and who are aware that the concept of agriculture aimed at having a low impact on the environment is by its very nature less productive and therefore more expensive.
