Package description
You will be accompanied to discover the vineyards surrounding our estate, immersed in the authentic Pinerolo countryside, with beautiful views of the Alpine chain and Monviso.
We will show you how our wine is made and at the end of the visit we will guide you to taste three of our main wines.
The tasting will be accompanied by some of our typical cured meats and cheeses and will take place in the outdoor area in front of the farmhouse, surrounded by the peace and tranquility typical of the hills
L'azienda
"We are the Dellerba family, we produce Italian wine and for years we have passionately cultivated our vineyards on the Santa Brigida hill, in the Piedmont region of Italy. Our ethics require us to have the utmost respect for the environment and this is why we recycle manure. Furthermore, following this philosophy, the rows do not undergo invasive processing but are only plowed up to encourage greater breathing of the soil. Even in the cellar we follow a green logic whereby we use electricity from solar panels and use stainless steel barrels which allow us to obtain the maximum quality of our wine."Localizzazione
