L'azienda
The name Zýmē comes from Greek and means "yeast", a fundamental element in the world of oenology, but also a symbolic element that recalls naturalness, a basic value in Celestino Gaspari's work and existential path, and ferment, understood as a continuous attitude towards transformation. In harmony with this philosophy, the company logo represents a vine leaf in which a pentagon is inscribed, symbol of the five main elements for the production of wine: man-vine-earth-sun-water.Localizzazione
