"The essence of Podere dei Folli is to represent Valtènesi and the sweet life found on the Brescia side of Lake Garda in a glass of rosé wine. We pass on the value of 4 generations of winemakers by focusing on authenticity and eco-sustainability of our wines. Podere dei Folli is synonymous with craftsmanship. We meticulously take care of the vineyards in order to obtain high-end wines, producing with respect for the environment. We valorise the native vines of the area such as Groppello, which is present in the majority of our wines wines. Podere dei Folli boasts 4 generations of experience in this field. It was among the pioneers of organic farming in Valtènesi, investing in the biodiversity and eco-sustainability of the vineyard. In the cellar, most of the fermentations are carried out with yeasts selected indigenous people and using simple and non-invasive winemaking practices. The wines we produce are extremely refined and elegant, and convey unique emotions to those who taste them. For us rosé wine is not a wine, but a lifestyle"Localizzazione
