A love story Below the castles of Romeo and Juliet, in Montecchio Maggiore, on the outskirts of Vicenza, one expects to discover anything except a classic method sparkling wine, yes the good one, made sparkling in the bottle, Italian Champagne to put it as it is. And instead Marco Caltran with Alberto and Isidoro Maccagnan here on the last offshoots of Lessinia, have set up a small winery that does just that: sparkling wine, classic bubbles.
