The tasting will be conducted by a sommelier. The Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Passito with chocolate will be tasted, another excellent product in Umbria. Today Sagrantino Passito is a niche product: from one kilo of fresh grapes you get 400g. after letting it dry for 3 months.
