Package Description
The experience begins with a guided tour of the newly built cellar, where you will be explained the entire production process that starts from the harvested grapes and arrives at the bottle of wine. The tour continues in the wooden maturation room and in the space used for packaging.
The visit moves to the panoramic terrace where you can observe the vineyards and other Terre de Pepi plots. In the tasting room, glasses of the four organic wines will be served accompanied by a platter of mixed cold cuts, typical cheeses from the Volterra area and baked goods garnished with EVO oil of our production.
We will always be present and happy to answer any questions or curiosities of our guests regarding the work of winemaker, which Francesco carries out with such devotion and passion, his philosophy of life thanks to which he defines his agriculture as LIVING AGRICULTURE.
History of the Cellar
La nostra idea di base è quella di proporre al pubblico un prodotto che non solo sia genuino ed espressione del territorio da cui proviene, ma che in esso si possa percepire l’anima, l’energia e la personalità di chi lo produce, o meglio di chi semplicemente “aiuta” le piante e il terreno ad esprimersi come esseri viventi unici e irriproducibili di questo Universo.
